Seal-A-Fridge is excited to officially welcome Luke Martin to the business as General Manager, bringing with him more than 20 years of leadership, franchise development and sales management experience across a range of industries.
Luke joins Seal-A-Fridge at an exciting time in the brand’s journey and is looking forward to working closely with franchisees, customers and the wider team to continue building on the strong reputation the business has established over decades of service.

Throughout his career, Luke has held senior leadership roles spanning franchising, sales growth, business development and operational management. His passion lies in building strong relationships, creating scalable systems and supporting people to achieve long-term success.
Luke is also excited to work alongside Anya and Adrian from Patron Companies as they continue driving the future vision for Seal-A-Fridge.
“Anya and Adrian have a clear passion for the brand and its future direction, and I’m really looking forward to helping bring that vision to life together,” he said.
Importantly, Luke is focused on supporting the entrepreneurial network of Seal-A-Fridge franchisees across Australia and New Zealand.

“I’m passionate about connecting with franchisees, understanding their goals and challenges, and working alongside them to help create opportunities for growth and success in their businesses.”
Luke is focused on building strong relationships across the Seal-A-Fridge network and working closely with franchisees as the business continues to evolve and grow.
“My focus is on listening first, understanding what’s important to franchisees and working collaboratively to ensure everyone feels supported as we continue building on the strong foundations already in place,” he said.
